VOICES COMMITTEE APPLICATION FORM

Thank you so much for your interest in the VOICES Committee.

VOICES members identify as survivors of domestic and/or gender-based violence and maintain connections with New York City systems. New York City residency is not required.

Expectations of VOICES members include:

1. Commitment of at least one year preferred
2. Attend scheduled meetings
3. Perform agreed upon tasks as decided in committee meetings
4. Treat other members’ opinions, comments, and questions respectfully
5. Express a commitment to survivor empowerment and support
6. Notify ENDGBV staff as soon as possible if any safety concerns or issues arise while serving as a VOICES member

Once we receive the application, a VOICES Committee member and an ENDGBV staff person will reach out to you to schedule a meeting to discuss your application and whether VOICES is the right fit.

Please note that applicants will be subject to an initial vetting process. Not all who apply with be selected for membership.
